Construction commenced in 2010 and all of our stunning new facilities opened by summer 2012. In 2008, the members of the club voted to build a new clubhouse, pro shop and pool complex. In June of 1962, the long-anticipated grown-in of the golf course was ready for play and a great Utah County tradition began! A grand opening for the clubhouse was held on with the swimming pool opening on July 15th of the same year. The official name of Riverside Country Club was adopted in 1959 and the club became a reality in 1960 with 34 Equity Members and 16 Social Members. Several different parcels of land were considered but ultimately, for an average price of $900 per acre, the pristine setting of the Provo River-bottoms was chosen. In the late 1950’s a few members of this club started floating around the idea of building a country club.
